We are now searching for the right candidate to work closely with the CEO and the global management team on a part time basis while studying as: Executive Assistant
Job scope and what we offer:
- A variety of important commercial and management touchpoints for the right candidate to become familiar with industry best practice, cutting edge technology, proactive management and leading innovative thought in the energy generation sector.
- This exposure will be a springboard for the right candidate into the energy industry. Candidates will, through their exposure, gain and be able to apply various important and transposable skills and get a holistic understanding of the energy business.
- Exposure to admin, accounting, project support, budget and forecasting, financial analysis, document controlling, HR, CRM and other ad-hoc tasks as required will ensure a rounded and holistic experience that puts academic studies into real life focus.
- Opportunity to grow, work close with the CEO in an international business that has deep roots in the oil and gas, and has world leading opportunities and prospects in the energy and offshore wind sector.
- Advise the CEO and the organisation on new development in various subjects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree and currently working on a Masters degree

Working schedule: 3-5 days a week (10-25hrs per week, to be agreed with the right candidate), weekdays between 10.00 – 19.00, potentially some work in weekends.
